Hi Thanks for your reply. I thought tHAT I had explained in my previous message and shown in the screenshot that I HAVE changed and confirmed the Global Time to EST New York but it stubbornly refuses to change the Global time from GMT to EST. Sierra does not seem to want to change its Global Tome Zone Setting. This seems to be the reaon why it won't allow me to see the delayed chart in real time plus dealy time. Can you help ?
