When you state "chart on left is around 1000ms and DOM is 10-20ms" are you referring to the Chart Update Interval? If not, then that is the first thing to look into, that the Chart Update Interval is set to a value that works for you for your Trading DOM. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) If this is a recent change, then before you go through the rest of the things to look at regarding performance, we really want you to wait until the November 1 to see if things improve in general. We have been making changes to our network setup and it's possible that during particularly busy times that the data could lag a bit.
