Yes they have contacted us about this. It also must be understood, that bid trade volume and ask trade volume is not provided by data feeds. It has to be calculated. The way the data feed works, can affect that calculation. It is just the nature of the TT FIX feed where it becomes somewhat unreliable to determine bid trade volume and ask trade volume.
