OK. "INDEX WAS OUTSIDE THE BOUNDS OF THE ARRAY" means the following: In the case of the spreadsheet, and array would be a series of values. The first one in the series has an index of 0, assuming it is zero-based, and the last one has an index of the size of the array minus 1.
