Hi SC, I have been using service package 5 with CQG data feed for the last 5 years. It is set to renew on 26 October 2022. Due to the new changes being implemented in data feed connectivity, I have decided to subscribe to service package 11, so I can still use my CQG data feed. I have updated my subscription today, However I cannot connect to my CQG data feed (Crude oil, NYMEX). I haven't had any issues with connections in the past Is this because my renewal package 11 does not start until 26th October and after this date, I should be fine with using my CQG data feed?
