This is the problem. Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Enter your CQG Username and Password in the Market Data Connection Details frame.

After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If you still have a problem post the Message Log again.
