connection to CQG data service problem

Hello,
I have a big troubles with CQG data feed today. The connection seems to be all right, but I got just 10 minutes delayed data and the process is not going on. It just stops (with 10 mins delay), then I disconnect and reconnect to data service again, but again I got just delayed data without any continuation. Is that SC problem or CQG problem? What should I do to have continuing stream of data again? Thank you for answer.

The historical data will be delayed by 10 minutes.

It also sounds like you are not receiving real-time data. To help with that problem , restart Sierra Chart, open a chart and then provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions here:

Almost certainly this is going to be a configuration issue with your CQG account that the broker needs to resolve . So we cannot resolve that for you but we can tell you what exactly what the problem is.

This is the problem. Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Enter your CQG Username and Password in the Market Data Connection Details frame.

After this reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If you still have a problem post the Message Log again.
