Honestly, you should have had trouble connecting to One Up Trader in general, as we now require that you be on one of our Integrated Packages (Package 10, 11, and 12) in order to make any external connections from Sierra Chart.

We have set your account to Evaluate Package 12 for the next 30 days. So you should be fine now to connect to Rithmic. Just be sure to change your service to Package 11 (equivalent to 5, but allows for external connectivity) before the 30 days ends.

We can not say that the evaluation of Package 12 will resolve your historical data issue, as we have been hearing of a number of issues lately related to Rithmic historical data. You can try deleting data from a specific point in time and forward and then the system will try to redownload it, but we can not guarantee that the historical data will all fill in. Refer to the following for how to do this:
