Did you pay them and never receive any service? We just want to know, in order to make a determination as to complaints regarding their service and if we should be recommending them further.

Yes we can try but one complication is that this is not something that we can just simply do using remote assistance because how would you copy these files from one computer to the other?:
Can you make an exception and help me move my charts to my desktop? It should take you less than 20 minutes to help. I don't think that is asking too much.
Do you have a USB drive you could put in one computer and then take it out and put it into the other computer?
