I have been with Sierra Charts for years and I feel I should get some help from the support desk. You have a section that promotes remote assistance but when I asked for help your response is look it up and do it yourself. Or call someone named Diana Pena which charged me $75.00 for an hour and never showed up for the appointment? I'm a serious trader and I'm not a computer programmer. Can you make an exception and help me move my charts to my desktop? It should take you less than 20 minutes to help. I don't think that is asking too much. My phone number is 916-202-1035.
