With regards to the update, we need for you to try the update again, but when it is finished select the button in the upper right for Send Log to Support. Then let us know in this thread that you have done this.

Please give us one of the symbols, exactly as it is typed in for the chart, for one of the instruments for which you are having an issue.

With regards to using our Denali data versus CQG - we do not support CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you do need to get the data from us. And your setup looks fine. You have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. If you do not need the Market Depth data, or if you only need it for 1 or 2 of the 4 exchanges, then you could save some money by activating the Top of Book exchanges for the ones for which you do not need the Market Depth and activating the with Market Depth exchange for the one (or two) that you need market depth data for.
