I am a new subscriber. I have downloaded the SC software. I can obtain data for some instruments, but when I try to get data for F.US.EPZ22, I get nothing and a message that says "Download failed historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed". I am sure it is a simple fix but it is beyond me capabilities to fix the problem. Can you help please? Thanks. Keith |
