We do not know for sure, but our guess is that you are entering the stock symbols using the -NQTV suffix. You only need to do this to get the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange.

Since you are setup to get data from our U.S. Equities exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, you need to enter the symbols as the standard stock symbol, so you would enter IBM rather than IBM-NQTV.

If your issue is not related to the symbols as we note above, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
