Thank you, that all worked, I am attaching my settings in case it helps someone trying to achieve the same thing. One thing to be aware of is that the tick size is not constant on IB, at least for futures options. If you place an order close enough to the current price, it is 0.05, but if you place it out of a certain range, it is 0.25. In that latter case, if you try to place an order at a level other than .0, .25, .5, .75, it will be rejected so you have to make sure to select one of those levels.
