You would want to use the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition to either change the background or place some kind of marker. If you want different colors for different situations, then you would need a Color Bar Based on Alert Condition for each color/situation that you want (one for green, one for orange, one for red, etc.).

We do not know enough about what you have in the bottom region and how you have defined the coloring. But you need to replicate the information for the different colors into the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study. For instance, if the coloring is based on slope, then you would enter the following Alert for the Color Bar Based On Alert Condition study to indicate a positive slope:
=ID1.SG1[-1] < ID1.SG1[0]

This is checking to see if the previous value is less than the current once, hence a positive slope. You need to define the ID and SG based on your actual setup.
