You would want to use the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition to either change the background or place some kind of marker. If you want different colors for different situations, then you would need a Color Bar Based on Alert Condition for each color/situation that you want (one for green, one for orange, one for red, etc.). We do not know enough about what you have in the bottom region and how you have defined the coloring. But you need to replicate the information for the different colors into the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study.
