You have the request to get data for SPX500 somewhere. Check to ensure you do not have a chart for the SPX500, including checking that you do not have any "Hidden" charts that may have the symbol. To look for a hidden chart, select the "CW" menu and see if there are any charts listed that are not displayed. Also, check the "Global Settings >> Intraday File Update List" and see if it is listed in there. Remove it if it is.
