To "turn off" the Evaluation account, you just need to change your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to something else. If you do not have a trading account that you are connecting to, then set the Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. You will then be able to use Sierra Chart in Simulation mode.
