The position display in Sierra Chart must be correct and that cannot be wrong.

It sounds like you are referring to order fills the chart:
Sierra Chart still considers 2 open longs from the previous day).

You may have a problem with duplicate fills, or missing fills. In any case update to the latest version to eliminate the issue with duplicate order fills when using Rithmic:

And then you can edit the fills through the Trade >> Trade Activity Log. You can remove them if there any duplicates.
