Hi Support Team, I recently just switched to 'Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts'. I'm having a hard time viewing my VIX chart. I checked settings and contract date but the window just remains empty. I reviewed the support link provided (Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?), but could not find a solution. As seen in the SS, the rest of the charts in the chartbook are receiving real time data. Any reason as to why is this just happening to the VIX chart? |
