The reason for what you are seeing is that you are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, not from Rithmic. But the particular exchange that you activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed does NOT include the Market Depth Data. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will want to change your exchange selection. The exchanges charge on a calendar month basis, so at this point (September 29, 2022) you will want wait until October 1 to activate the new exchange. We see you do not have any exchanges currently active, so all you need to do is to activate the exchange you want on October 1 at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you want to use the Rithmic data, then you need to do the following: - Set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Select OK to close the window. - Select File >> Disconnect - Select File >> Connect to Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
