Only top of book no mkt depth on DOM version 2231 with Rithmic

After updating from version 2218 to 2231 recently, all of my DOMs suddenly would not display anything more than the top of book depth (one level for each bid and ask). I tried a few things but eventually reverted to 2218 and all my dom mkt depth levels are back to normal. Just wanted you to know. Cheers |

There should not be any problem with this because all of the Rithmic symbols are set to support market depth data. I get the full book on version 2218, only top of book on 2231. This happens on every symbol. Just posting my findings ...

This is still an issue. I have market depth enabled on rithmic account but DOM only shows top of the book.

Hi John, Thank you for your response. I have tried all options on the link you provided. I am still seeing top of the book only. FYI - i am using rithmic direct service on version 2443.

Please open the File >> Open Market Depth Window and let us know how many depth levels are showing in there. Also, what is the exact symbol that you are using for the chart? And if you are using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol what is the exact symbol that you have set in that field? On the market depth window, I can only see 1 level. I am not using trade and current quote symbol - Its empty. Although symbol is UBZ2.CBOT FYI - I updated the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to UBZ2.CBOT and still not seeing market depth. More Info - AMP confirmed that the market depth is enabled on the account. I can see market depth in rithmic pro app. |

The reason for what you are seeing is that you are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, not from Rithmic. But the particular exchange that you activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed does NOT include the Market Depth Data. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will want to change your exchange selection. The exchanges charge on a calendar month basis, so at this point (September 29, 2022) you will want wait until October 1 to activate the new exchange. We see you do not have any exchanges currently active, so all you need to do is to activate the exchange you want on October 1 at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you want to use the Rithmic data, then you need to do the following: - Set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Select OK to close the window. - Select File >> Disconnect - Select File >> Connect to Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
