In general what you are asking is straightforward enough and you could use any of the trading systems that we have available to do what you want, as long as it actually does what you want. We do not know all of your conditions, so we can not say one is better than another. The only thing to be aware of is that when you are opening multiple trades, you will need to be careful about how they are being closed out. You may not want to use Scale-In. This is something you will have to look at for your particular situation.
