We just did a quick test to ensure the Move to BreakEven is working in Simulation mode (not replaying) and it is working as expected. Exactly how are you accessing the Move to Breakeven option and what is the value for Trading Window >> Set >> Move to BE Offset set to. One other note, keep in mind that the Move to Breakeven only works with Attached orders. If you have a Stop that was entered after the initial position was opened, then that is not an attached order and will not be affected by the Move to Breaeven option.
