To clarify, I don’t need historical data at all, what I need is realtime BBO of DOM, TS, and 1 minute chart for the last trading day & current day.
You should be OK to get this data from Rithmic. Just keep in mind that you will not be able to get data from more than 5 days prior. If you prefer to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed, where you do not need to worry about missing any historical data, then you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. If you have an account using CQG for order routing, then generally this does count towards this requirement. But, if it is only an evaluation account, then it will not work, as the CME requires that it be a live, personal account.
