If the option for File >> Connect to Data Feed is not available to select, then that means that you are already connected to the data feed. Therefore, everything should be working fine for you at this point. Just make sure that you are connecting to the Trading Evaluator - Delayed, since you are using the Delayed Streaming data and not real-time data.
