Seems like you are experiencing a TD Ameritrade data problem.

For the greatest reliability we recommend changing your Sierra Chart package to 3 which will then automatically use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service for Historical Daily charts.

You can do this through Help >> Account Control Panel.
