I have been using my Interactive Brokers account with Sierra Chart for years. Currently, I have am using it with Denali Data Feed (Package 11 without the exchange agreements in place). Recently, I am having very slow order execution issues (sometimes it is 15 sec - 1 min delays) to get even a market order filled. Also, when an order is executed (especially if a position is closed) then the wrong position size keeps appearing in the Trade Window. Please advise how to solve these problems as we can't use Sierra Chart with IBKR. Note: I have not executed the Exchange Agreements (CME, CBOT) at the moment. Should we first initiate these agreements ? Regards |
