I switched it to the real account and still getting error messages, what I sent here is an example of different error messages I get, now what are the chances to get my money back I really lost interest in this platform and I want to go back to Ninjatrader, since it's been a week and it seems to hard for some one to help other than this sending posts every day here, so I'd appreciate if someone of the refund team would refund the money to the card and thanks.
