I still didn't place an order to your platform due to failing to connect it to IB account, it's been a week unfortunately and you keep referring me to the documents that already failed to solve the problem, all I need is a remote help for 5 minutes to make it work, if not can I please cancel the subscription and have a refund, thanks.
