You need to look at the Trade Activity Log to find out the reason for this:
but on the other accounts which copy trade from the one in which it was placed, trades never got closed.

When using the Trade Order Allocation to Accounts feature make sure you are running the latest version. Update instructions:

Although in this case we do not think it would make any difference. It sounds like an order rejection issue.
