Dear CustomerSupport, I am running on a trial version tight now and trying to get 3 questions answered that I could not get answered elsewhere: 1: Can I get "historic tick data" for Crypto assets displayed in RENKO on my trial or do I need to subscribe to a data feed (if so which one?) I was now able to activate it unless I overlooked something. 2: Please note as a Mac user I have come across the app "Crossover/ Codeweavers" since I could not get Parallels to work with Sierra, which leads me to my second question: does this cause limitations to the functionality in Sierra? if so which ones since I am hoping to avoid having to buy a PC just for using Sierra. 3: lastly I plan backtesting with specific Renko chart set ups. Is that possible within Sierra and if so which service package is required for subscription in order to get tick data on Crypto displayed in Renko charts? if thats not possible to backtest within Sierra could you kindly recommend a third party vendor that works with Sierra? As a new user I am not very familiar with Sierra so please forgive me for the questions but I would like to get a clear picture to what's possible and how before I commit to in depth learning and expenditure into the windows eco system and your otherwise great charting program. thank you and looking forward to hearing from you Grischa Ruschendorf
