Dear support unfortunately this doesnt answer my problem. I attached two charts again, one in normal mode one in sim mode. As you can see the one in sim mode does show my placed order on the chart whereas the chart in normal mode does not. I found similar support requests, e.g. here Working orders I use an apex account as well but I do not really understand the solution to it. It says i need to set it to the correct account but what is the correct account here? or why should my apex account not be the correct account? I dont get it. |
