SC: I am unable to display working orders on my CL Chart when I enter the corresponding order on the CL DOM. However, in sim mode, i can see the working orders on the CL chart when i enter them from the CL DOM? Working orders are orders I have placed on my CL DOM that have yet to fill, as you well know. I can see them on the CL chart and the CL DOM both along with my corresponding target and stop in sim mode. It is just when I change to live trading that the working orders do not display on the CL chart. How do I get the working orders --- the price i want to enter, along with my stop and my target to display on both the DOM and the chart when in live mode? |

I saw that and followed the directions and still, the working orders will only display on the chart if I am in sim mode. When I am in live mode and enter a working order away from the market, then they only display on the dom and not on the chart? I am a one up trader in evaluation mode, does that have something to do with why the live working orders do not display on the chart in live mode, but only in sim mode? When I enter a live order, it does display on the rithmic working order screen as it should. The working orders display on the dom as they should in a live environment, they just don't carry over and display on the chart also, in a live environment. Why i am unable to see a working order on the chart in a live environment? |

I got it, SC. The pulldown box on the live trading dom had to be set to the correct account and then saved that way and then after that it will work fine. Thanks for your help.

Yes we were going to say it is related either to the Trade Account setting or to the symbol.
