Sierra Chart has always been sending this format:
yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss xxx

And then uusers started having problems with this format.

So according to the error message from TWS, in version 2434 we changed to the format with a - as is supported by Interactive Brokers

This has solved the problem for users.

Sierra Chart has been consistently providing the correct Date-Time format for historical data and our only conclusion is the GMT time zone is no longer being recognized but we do not know anything more than that.

Interactive Brokers it is fully at fault with this problem. Not Sierra Chart.

At this point you need to contact Interactive Brokers with the issue you have. Sierra Chart cannot solve it. We have done nothing wrong in the past, or the present.
