We have had many reports, of Interactive Brokers users encountering this error message when Sierra Chart is downloading historical data: HD Request # 69 | Message from IB: End Date/Time: The date, time, or time-zone entered is invalid. The correct format is yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss xxx where yyyymmdd and xxx are optional. E.g.: 20031126 15:59:00 US/Eastern Note that there is a space between the date and time, and between the time and time-zone. If no date is specified, current date is assumed. If no time-zone is specified, local time-zone is assumed(deprecated). You can also provide yyyymmddd-hh:mm:ss time is in UTC. Note that there is a dash between the date and time in UTC notation. IB Error Code: 10314. Request ID: 200028. | 2022-09-06 19:33:45.693 Our only conclusion about this problem is Interactive Brokers must have made a change regarding the time zone string in the historical data request specifications. This has been specified as GMT in the request that Sierra Chart makes. We have now changed to this format in version 2434: yyyymmddd-hh:mm:ss This version is now available. Update instructions: Software Download: Fast Update If you have any further issues, let us know here. We did not yet test this because we are having a problem with the Java runtime environment.
