If you do not need Market Depth data, then you you would want to activate the CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book which costs $1.25 per month. But you still need to redo the Exchange Agreements and enter Interactive Brokers for your Clearing Firm and your Interactive Brokers Account Number. After that is accepted you will be able to activate the CME Group exchange you want.
