Thanks for your email. I followed your instruction, but I am still not getting real time data. By any chance do I have to buy data from interactive broker? I just opened an account with interactive broker using $500 deposit so that I can use Sierra chart real time data. I was under the impression that Sierra chart just wants us to connect once a month to interactive broker to be able to use Sierra chart real time data. Let me know if I am doing anything wrong. Thanks in advance
