Hello! I am a G7FX student and was working through the course, I am aware this is completely separate to your company but my point is we use sierra chart platform on the course as our trading/charting platform, I have just recently cancelled my enrolment into this course and am no longer a student anymore for my own personal reasons as the timing is right at the minute and have other commitments and other investments to fund.
As a result of me cancelling my course I now have an active sierra chart account with service package 5 activated as I purchased the 6 month option for 173USD
As I no longer am in the course I no longer require to use sierra chart (at this moment in time I would like to continue with this next year) what is your refund policy about service packages?? Would it be possible for your company to cancel the active service package and refund me for the remaining amount which the service package would be worth? I am aware this wouldn’t be the full 173USD which I paid to activate the service package but can imagine it wouldn’t be far off as I purchased the service package at the start of this month, any help with this would be massively appreciated and would help me out a lot!
