The first thing you need to do is to move the chartbook from the folder it is in, one folder up to the "Data" folder. Then you do not need to change the folder each time you go to open it. After you open the Chartbook select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should take care of your not getting data into the chartbook.
