Update 2022-08-10.

Some users may be confused, and think that support for Transact is being cut off, around the end of August or beginning of September.

This is not the case at all.

There is no cutoff date.

The actual cut off for Transact users has not been planned and if that happens would be more than a year from now.

What will be disabled is historical data and that will be close to the beginning of September. Not necessarily August 20.

At that time we just need to change your Service Package to 10 which we will do for free for 60 days. This will give you access to the Sierra Chart Denali real-time and historical data feed. The cost for Service Package 10 is going to be 36 USD per month before discount. So if you are using Service Package 3 currently, then your cost goes from 26 USD per month to 36 USD per month. This is still a very low price.

If you are already using Service Package 10, 11 or 12 you are all set.

And then you just have an additional cost of about 1 to 3 USD per month for the exchange fee for real-time data from our data feed.

So there is no reason to be stopping Sierra Chart. We have you well covered at this time. There simply is no reason to be discontinuing with Sierra Chart.

And furthermore we have superior order routing available through our Teton order routing but you do not have to use it now.
