Your log has us a bit confused, as it is showing that you are not connected to CQG based on the following line: Current selected Data/Trading service: SC Data - All Services
But then it does show you connected to CQG later. Please check your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service and ensure this is set to "CQG - Web API" If it is not, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions -- But, the reason you are getting delayed data is that you have a chart for F.US.EPU22 which is traded on the CME exchange, and you only have data for the COMEX activated.
