Hi John Thank you for the reply. I've now re-run the download on both platforms this time with a new chartbook and single chart, no studies loaded and the .scid file deleted prior to restarting Sierra/downloading. Both platforms, one using an older version and the other with V2416 both give me the same issue. I've attached composite images taken on both platforms which I hope will help. Many thanks.
