I have my firm and password in place. When I have Sierra running and log into CTS, Sierra goes off, and then reconnects. From CTS I get a message saying " You have logged in at another location. You may only be logged in once at a time." I made a phone call to CTS and they said they are getting phone calls from other Sierra users with this problem. From CTS point of view this is a Sierra problem. Please Help.
