If you are running the software using an emulator on a MAC, then we recommend setting the compression for data files to "No Compression". Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Use Real-Time Data Compression (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)

If you are not on a MaC, and if you have a chart open for TICK-NYSE, then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This will remove the file and then redownload the data. Let us know if this resolves the issue.
