I resolved the issue. Step 1: Contact amp and fill out trading request for CQG only. Step 2: download newest Sierra install Step 3: Go to your account management page, agree to the forms, and then select your Denali feed which is marked as an optional product. Step 4: Select appropriate feed Step 5: Pay the additional monthly fee This is detailed elsewhere but with the cornucopia of CQG issues got lost for me personally in the mix. |
