With release 2394 we no longer allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Our servers are showing that you are on version 2416, therefore you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, and you also state that you are setup with AMP to have CQG for "Order Routing Only". But you do not have any exchanges activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
