The duplicate number is not the issue. The issue is simply that each chart has 1 drawing apiece. Therefore, they are respecting the order in the Manage Chart Drawings window, as each chart is drawing that particular drawing last. The suggestion for the individual chart number is just to ensure there is not another issue that could be caused by that.
