I sarted to watch chfjpy at 10 am, where there was no volume spike at 8:40 . I used fxcm data. ( I attached picture) The chart remained the same at least for 30 minutes. Than I opened another pair in that window ( in watchlist mode) and when i reopened chfjpy the chart showed a big volume spike, 2 hours earlier at 8:40 am. I also checked later in morningstar database, where 2 hours later there was no volume spike at all!!
