Per the following, I have not received credit for my Denali payment. I just added the Nasdaq and should only be charged $16.00 for the two remaining days of June. Both of my brokers (Infinity Futures and AMP Trading) are pretty fed up with this lack of transparency and consider your new business approach as "playing games". I have been a staunch supporter of Sierra for many years (since probably '97) and I am ready to jump ship. Support is not available at the Broker Level and there seems to be a hostile attitude from the "engineers". This is not a suitable approach to retain customers and business experience proves that it takes 5 times the money and time to gain new customers. Don't alienate the customers you have now! -Notice: Your Services Balance of 20.20 USD is too low to cover next months fee of 52 USD for your account. Your material states Denali and Teton as efficient low cost alternatives to CQG, yet for me, these services are either not available or the total cost is more expensive. It is frustrating enough to read your Robohelp files with run-on sentences and a lack of screen captures, but enough is enough. I realize that most small businesses cannot afford to hire Instructional Designers, but if you want to retain customers and expand your business you will reconsider cutting out support at the Broker level.
