In order to get the data from CQG, you will need to downgrade your software to version 2393. With release 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Follow these instructions to downgrade your software: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure The charges you show above are for your Sierra Chart Package. You need to be on package 10 or higher in order to make any external connections or get real-time data. Therefore, you need to stay on Package 10, as you are now.
